Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-17

This page describes what personal data Robot Curator collects when you submit the consultation form, where it goes, and what rights you have over it.

1. Data we collect

When you submit the consultation form we collect: your name, email address, optional company name, optional phone number, an optional free-text message, and an optional robot reference. We also record the time of submission, your browser's user-agent string, and a SHA-256 hash of your IP address (used to enforce rate limits and detect abuse — the raw IP is never stored).

2. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a))

We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent, given via the checkbox on the form. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; doing so does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

3. Where your data goes

Your submission is persisted to our content database hosted by Sanity.io (servers in the European Union). For notification purposes a copy is also delivered to:

  • Resend — transactional email provider (USA). Used to email a member of our team. Resend acts as a processor.
  • Telegram — instant messaging (Telegram FZ-LLC, UAE; servers globally). Used for an internal push notification to a private operator chat.

For these international transfers we rely on the providers' published Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. We do not sell or share your data with any other third party.

4. Cookies and online tracking

We use a small first-party cookie (cc_consent_v1) to remember your cookie choice. This is a necessary cookie and is set regardless of consent.

If you allow marketing cookies in the banner, we additionally load the Meta Pixel and mirror form submissions to the Meta Conversions API (CAPI). The Pixel sets _fbp and may set _fbc in your browser; both are read by our server only to improve ad attribution. PII shared with Meta is limited to a hashed email and (if you provided one) a hashed phone, together with your IP address and user-agent. Meta acts as an independent controller for the data we send via CAPI; see Meta's Privacy Policy.

You can withdraw or change your marketing-cookie choice at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

5. Retention

We retain consultation requests for up to 24 months from submission, after which the record is deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • request deletion of your data;
  • request portability of your data in a machine-readable format;
  • lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Contact

For any data-protection request, email [email protected].

Draft notice. This document is a placeholder pending legal review. Replace the Contact section and add your formal data controller details before accepting public traffic.
